Is there any brokerage or hidden fee?

No. Urban Venue charges zero brokerage — the price shown per night is the price you pay, with a Best Price Guarantee on every listing.

Can you help with decor, catering or a DJ?

Yes. We work with trusted, experienced vendors for decor, catering, DJs and photography, and can put together a full package around your date and budget. A complimentary food tasting can also be arranged before you finalise.

Which cities do you cover?

We currently list verified farmhouses and lawns across Delhi, Gurugram and Noida, with new properties added regularly.

Do the farmhouses have a private swimming pool?

Most of our featured farmhouses include a large private swimming pool, and several also have a separate kids’ pool. Check each listing’s amenities for specifics.

Can I visit the property before booking?

Absolutely — use the “Book a Visit” button on any listing and we’ll arrange a site visit at a time that suits you.
